Utuxin™ (ublituximab)

Ublituximab ("LFB-R603" or "TG20") is a monoclonal antibody that targets a specific and unique epitope on the B-cell lymphocyte CD20 antigen that has been bioengineered for enhanced clinical activity and potency. Developed for the treatment of B-cell proliferative disorders, including Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma ("NHL") and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia ("CLL"), anti-CD20 antibodies target and aid in the depletion of B-cell lymphocytes. Anti-CD20 antibodies have also been shown to be effective in treating select autoimmune diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis ("RA") and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus ("SLE"), along with the neurological disorder Multiple Sclerosis ("MS").
